At Smoothie London Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all jewellery is returned in its original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our London studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
